Steve Mandrell – Former Coal Mine Manager

Before I started my business, I was a coal miner in Southern Illinois.  Over the course of twenty years, I worked my way up to a top-level management position.  Many people thought I had it made, however, I was not happy.    I worked 12 to 14 hour days, 6 to 7 days a week, and was never at family functions, holidays, etc.  In addition, the pressure and stress of the corporate world was taking its toll.

I finally started looking for a way out of my situation, and lost several thousand dollars trying things that did not work.  Then one day I received some information in the mail about this home-business opportunity, and decided to give it a try.  I worked it part-time until January of 1997.  Then, came the day I walked into the company president’s office and resigned.  At first, he said I was crazy, and my new business would never work.  Then he got irate, and told me "You can’t quit – you’re fired!"  For what?  Because I had bought my freedom back!  This is corporate America today – when you are no longer useful to them, they throw you in the trash.  I gave my company 20 good years of my life, and was treated like dirt.  Not anymore!

Now, my time is mine.  I alone decide my future.    I’m doing my own thing, and going straight to the top with it.  I’m taking the tools that have been given to me, and working this proven system to increase my potential every day, and making nearly what I made working 60-hour weeks.  No more monthly budget meetings, no boss, no board of directors; just smiling customers with great results.  And, the best of all, I see my family everyday.  We have our weekends free to do things together, and are enjoying the road to success along the way.

You can be successful too.  They will show you how, if you are teachable, have a strong desire to succeed, and will work hard to get there.  If this describes you, you are in the right place at the right time.  And actually, when you are working to create your own success, it’s really not that hard after all.
